Join us for an all-day sitting on Saturday, October 15 to mark the start of our Practice Period. This day is also the first class of the Way of the Bhodhisattva.
The sitting is open to anyone who would like to participate even if they are not in Practice Period or in the class. There is no fee for the sitting.
Please note the following:
- The sitting begins at 8:30am and ends at 4:45pm.
- Class is 11am-1pm. People can come just for the class
- Anyone can also just come for the regular Saturday morning schedule.
- Bring a bag lunch

Beginner Instruction is offered by appointment every Wednesday evening at 6:00 PM when we are not in retreat or closed. Please call ahead at 510-596-3087 and leave your name and telephone number. Your call will be returned to set up an appointment.
