Saturday, June 8, 7am – Sunday, June 9, 5pm
This two day weekend retreat offers us the opportunity to step aside from the busyness of our daily life allowing us to slow down and ground ourselves. It can help deepen our clarity and perspective and renew our appreciation for the richness of each moment. The retreat is conducted in silence and includes sitting and walking meditation, communal work period, talks by the teacher, and optional private meeting with the teacher. It is open to anyone who has even a small amount of experience with meditation. Meals are provided and lodging at the center is available for those wishing to stay overnight.
