Introduction to Zen Mindfulness Meditation for Beginners

With the demands and pressures of the modern world, many people find it increasingly difficult to feel balanced and grounded in meeting the challenges of everyday life.

Zen Mindfulness Meditation, a simple and effective method for self awareness, offers you a path toward balance, grounding and personal growth. It is down to earth and practical—nothing mysterious or esoteric. It cultivates our inherent capability for meeting life’s challenges with openness, clarity and compassion. Anyone, regardless of religious belief, social or educational background can benefit greatly from this practice.

Four progressive weekly introductory classes offer instruction in the basic elements of Zen Mindfulness Meditation and provides practical tools to help you meet the challenges of everyday living. The classes are designed for beginners to Zen Mindfulness Meditation, but they are also open to people with experience.

7:00pm – 8:30pm

(There is no class September 17.)

Classes fill quickly, so register early. We are sorry but we cannot accommodate drop-ins. You must register ahead of time to attend.

Cost for each series of 4 classes is
 $50.00 – $80.00 (Or whatever you can afford.)
