How to Meet Life with Openness and Possibility

An Introduction to Zen Mindfulness Meditation taught by Diane Eshin Rizzetto, guiding teacher at  Bay Zen  Center.

Sorry, this class if full.  Please watch for the next offering.

With the demands and pace of contemporary living, many people find it increasingly difficult to feel balanced and grounded in meeting the challenges of everyday life.  In short, it can be difficult to find a way to tap our inherent capacity for peace and well being.

This class will help you begin this path by teaching you some of the fundamental practices for self awareness and acceptance.  This is the foundation of Zen Mindfulness Meditation.  Anyone, regardless of religious belief, social or education background can benefit greatly from this practice.
