Level II – Waking Up to What You Do: an ongoing class exploring wise and compassionate action in our daily lives. Open to people who have completed level I: Introduction to Zen Mindfulness Meditation

With the demands and pressures of the modern world, many people find it increasingly difficult to feel balanced and grounded in meeting the challenges of everyday life.
Zen Mindfulness Meditation, a simple and effective method for self awareness, offers you a path toward balance, grounding and personal growth. It is down to earth and practical—nothing mysterious or esoteric. It cultivates our inherent capability for meeting life’s challenges with openness, clarity and compassion. Anyone, regardless of religious belief, social or educational background can benefit greatly from this practice.
The Bay Zen Center is pleased to offer a series classes at two levels to help you get started.
Level I offers instruction in the basic elements of Zen Mindfulness Meditation and provides practical tools to help you meet the challenges of everyday living. The classes are designed for beginners to Zen Mindfulness Meditation, but they are also open to people with experience.
Prerequisite: Completion of Level I Introduction to Zen Mindfulness Meditation

Cost for each series of 4 classes is $50.00 – $60.00 (Or whatever you can afford.)
