Practice & Retreat Info

Everyone is welcome to join us for our activities. We offer Zen Mindfulness Meditation two times a week, retreats several times a year, introductory and advanced classes.

We meditate every Wednesday evening and Saturday morning unless the Center is closed for a retreat or holiday. Before visiting the center, it is advisable to call the center at 510-596-3087 for information on late schedule changes or updates.
