Become a Member

Anyone interested in supporting the Center may become a member. We offer both full and associate membership. The extent of each person’s involvement in the Center depends on family and work commitments.

Full membership is for those who live within a two-hour drive from the Center.

Associate membership is for those who live outside a two-hour drive from the Center.

Full Membership

Full membership is for those who live within a two-hour drive from the Center.

Benefits of full membership include:

• May have regular daisan with Diane.*
• Are eligible to vote and serve on the Board of Directors.
• Access to members only area of website and past Dharma talk recordings.
• Receive discounts for sesshins and one-day sittings.

Full Members make a yearly dues pledge.

Associate Membership

Associate membership is for those who live more than a two-hour drive from the Center, but wish to participate in Center activities.

Benefits of associate membership include:

• May regularly discuss practice on the phone with the teacher or see her in daisan when at the Center.*
• Attend Center activities whenever possible.
• Access to members only area of website and past Dharma talk recordings.
• Receive discounts for sesshins and one-day sittings.

Associate Members make a yearly dues pledge.

*Although daisan/practice discussion is available to all members, membership does not assume that a person has become Diane’s student. Any member who wishes to deepen his/her practice by formally becoming Diane’s student, should speak with her in daisan/practice discussion.
