Practice & Sesshin Info

Everyone is welcome to join us for our activities. We offer Zen Mindfulness Meditation three times a week, retreats several times a year, introductory and advanced classes.

We meditate every Monday morning, Wednesday evening, and Saturday morning unless the Center is closed for a retreat or holiday. Before visiting the center, it is advisable to review our on-line calendar for information on late schedule changes or updates.
